Hosted by:

Facebook and PowerToFly invite you to an honest, open, and empowering virtual event for women professionals.

We’re delighted to share this exciting event with you hosted by Facebook’s Sophie Neary, Group Director - Auto, Entertainment, FMCG. Whether you've climbed the ladder or are on the first rung, you’ll find collective power and inspiration when women lead together. After hundreds of years of gender inequality, we have a unique opportunity to empower one another and move equality forward.

During this 90-minute interactive event, you’ll discover how Facebook is addressing hard-hitting D&I challenges—including how imposter syndrome can affect women at any stage of their careers and how leaning into our community as women, as leaders and alongside our allies is the key to progress.
