Meet The Speakers
Kishau Rogers has a deep background in Computer Science, over 25 years of experience leading the development of enterprise technology solutions and more than 15 years of entrepreneurial leadership. She is the Founder & CEO of Time Study, Inc., a high-growth startup offering solutions for using machine learning, advanced natural language processing, and data science to automatically tell a story of how enterprise employees spend their time and to create more value for the enterprise’s greatest resource, people. The Time Study platform already serves some of the largest health organizations in the US and is backed by organizations such as Hearst, Elevate Capital, Act One Ventures, and Pipeline Angels.
As an active & awarded technology leader, Kishau is featured in many national publications including the Wall Street Journal, Forbes, Entrepreneur, Black Enterprise, and NFIB. In her commitment to using technology, systems thinking & common sense to create intelligent solutions for social good, she also serves as an advisor to organizations like AI for Afrika, Think Of Us, WAAW Foundation, Virginia Commonwealth University Department of Computer Science, the first U.S. White House Hackathon for Foster Care and SheHacks Africa, a software engineering intensive providing training to women & girls in over three African nations.
Meg Alexander joined the PowerToFly community as a job-seeker in 2014, eventually landing her first remote role working for PowerToFly’s Delivery Team. Her professional experience includes roles as a Talent Advocate, Head of Purchasing for a window factory, audiobook publishing, & more than 5 years as a paralegal. She has a bachelor's degree in Art History from Indiana University (mint condition, never been used!), where she also earned a varsity letter for Women's Rowing. She loves DIY projects and will never say no to french fries. She lives in Toledo, OH with her husband Aaron, an engineering technician, and their dogs, Radar & Cake.
