I believe that if you're lucky, having an "occupassion" can be a real thing. I love rallying people around a common goal, and I am passionate about the plus/ands of life. I'm equal parts player and coach, and I am an expert at figuring out how to get things done. Over the past 15 years, I've built a career I enjoy through roles in financial services and commercial real estate, with broad leadership experience across various nonprofit organizations and within the entrepreneurial ecosystem. What do I do? I plan, develop and deliver strategic campaigns that drive business results, increase brand awareness, reinforce company culture, and build community. I'm deeply connected to work that falls at the intersection of diversity and business, mainly around race, gender and access to capital and opportunity. I use my marketing know-how to affect change in the areas of diversity + inclusion and culture + engagement. When am I at my best? In fast-paced, collaborative environments where I can build high-value business and community relationships. There is no denying my extrovert ways, so I thrive in visible, client or public-facing roles. >> Polished and relatable executive experienced in delivering presentations and reports to various audiences, from high school students to public company boards of directors. >> Access and opportunity champion focused on diversity, equity and inclusion as separate-but-connected business imperatives. >> Knowledgeable and approachable trainer skilled at making conversations on hard D&I topics easy-to-navigate. >> Trusted communications advisor to executives, adept at managing relationships across functions and disciplines to move projects from in-process to complete. >> Business-savvy communicator and influencer with a knack for creating content and messaging that connects brands to their audiences and shapes customer and employee experience. >> Skilled experiential marketer with a vast portfolio of corporate, community and social events.
