Paula has deep experience working with executive-level talent and advising entrepreneurs on strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent for every phase of growth Prior to Accel, she led recruiting at a high-growth tech company, and was an executive recruiter at a global, retained search firm. Early on, she had a completely different career in arts & diversity organizations, proving that career pivots are possible. Paula earned her degree in History from the University of California, Los Angeles.
