Zhanna holds an MBA from Santa Clara University and a BBA with an emphasis in Marketing from the University of San Diego.

Paula Judge

Paula Judge is VP Talent at the venture capital firm Accel, a seed, early, and growth-stage venture capital firm that powers a global community of entrepreneurs. Paula has deep experience working with executive-level talent and advising entrepreneurs on strategies to attract, retain, and develop talent for every phase of growth Prior to Accel, she led recruiting at a high-growth tech company, and was an executive recruiter at a global, retained search firm. Early on, she had a completely different career in arts & diversity organizations, proving that career pivots are possible. Paula earned her degree in History from the University of California, Los Angeles.
