Historically, Black non-binary, gender nonconforming people, queer and trans women have feared being their full selves in the workplace. But we are done hiding. We sit down with Jasmine T. Jacobs, Founder of Black Remote She, a progressive job sharing platform for Black queer and trans women, nonbinary people, and allies. We'll discuss how Black Remote She maintains a safe job sharing system for the LGBTQIA+ community. Jasmine will be joined in conversation by PowerToFly's Ian Anzabwa.
