Peter will also discuss his decision to come out in 2015, becoming the first openly gay and visible CEO in Central and Eastern Europe and in order to become a role model for young aspiring entrepreneurs. Peter co-founded and led Prezi for its first 12 years, building the most engaging way to share content with live and remote audiences. Prezi is one of the first global brands to have originated in Hungary, with more than 100 million users in 175 countries and adoption across the world’s leading enterprises.
He’s been named Entrepreneur of the Year by the EU Commission, Alumni of the Year by the Royal Institute of Technology. In 2015, he became the first openly gay and visible CEO in Central and Eastern Europe and has been included multiple times in Financial Times’ ranking of the world’s most influential LGBT executives.
Peter also co-founded and chaired WeAreOpen - a gathering of over 1,000 CEE companies that work for diverse and inclusive work environments, representing over 100k employees.

As an educator, expat and entrepreneur her mission is to teach driven women how secure remote work opportunities aligned with their bigger mission and provide them with freedom and flexibility. Over the past 6 years, her focus has been working with companies and employees to create more diverse and inclusive workplaces that have a positive impact on their personal and professional lives. When she’s not working, she’s at home on the Mediterranean coast watering her plants, cooking a good meal or engaging in meaningful conversations with friends.
