He is the author of the book, Hiring for Diversity; he is a three-times TEDx speaker and has advised leading brands from Disney, Sonos and MetLife to the Smithsonian. He is the Co-Founder of Mathison, a venture-backed technology platform equipping employers with everything they need to manage their diversity hiring efforts.
Led by empathy and design thinking, I guide weekly virtual beyond-surface-level forums, which have attracted repeat attendees. My active engagements in global virtual sessions provide in-depth knowledge of virtual engagement best practices. I share these gems with leaders and coaches who actively refining their craft. I moderate, evaluate and provide unbiased insights for maximum audience-speaker connection in participatory forums. In all of this, I take closer look at definitions of success, connection, and collaboration for individuals, organizations and for our future. My work celebrates kindness, encouragement and collaboration.
My childhood in Hong Kong shaped my love and appreciation for cultures and perspectives. This adds value as a Qualitative Researcher, where I dig into stories to find patterns, themes and threads. This superpower serves vibrant community with individuals craving for iterative conversational spaces. My constant effort to learn from individual perspectives and belief systems regenerates my connection to humanity.
