Chief People Officer at Stitch Fix | ex-Square, ex-McKinsey | open to Board Member and Advisor opportunities
Professional 'people person' - I geek out on human capital, talent management, education and learning across all age groups, leadership development, and the sociology and psychology that underpin all of them. But most of all I like thinking about how to create long-term, sustainable competitive advantage through a lens of people, culture, and organization. I've embraced the joys and heartaches of hyper-growth, consumer-oriented companies, drawing upon 2 decades of operational leadership and consulting experience in North America, Europe and Asia-Pacific. Half of my career has been in People Ops and half in business roles such as management consulting at McKinsey and Sales Ops at Square. I bring together a passion for people and operational acumen to build and iterate fast, and my teams have a blast while doing it.
