Shilpa Deshpande is a Research Data Scientist at Chainalysis. Over 14 years in the software/FinTech industry, she has held various positions as a software engineer, tech lead and a manager. In her current role, she analyzes blockchain data and derives meaningful insights which become part of Chainalysis products. Shilpa earned Bachelor's and Master's degrees in Computer Science and Engineering. She is a proud mother of two young kids.
