Meet The Speaker
As a management consultant at Helios HR, an award-winning human capital and talent acquisition consulting firm based out of Greater Washington, DC, Melissa partners with business leaders to accomplish their organizational goals. In her role, she builds deep relationships across all levels of the organization, implementing strategies to improve employee engagement and retention, particularly with a focus on DE&I objectives. Melissa received her B.S. in Organizational Leadership from University of Indianapolis, and holds certifications from PHR from HR Certification Institute, Diversity, Equity & Inclusion in the Workplace from University of South Florida Muma College of Business, and Global Human Resources Leadership from Howard University.
