Meet The Speakers
Dominique Greene is a Director of Business Development at American Express, within the company’s Global Merchant & Network Services group. In her role, Dominique manages a team responsible for a portfolio of North American Network bank partners, with a focus on designing market-leading product and marketing strategies in collaboration with her partners. Dominique joined American Express in 2011 as an MBA summer intern and has been with the company full-time since 2012. In her tenure, she has held various partner management roles across the company, including merchant and co-brand issuing partnerships within both Global Merchant Services and Global Commercial Services. Additionally, Dominique leads the Inclusion & Diversity team for Global Network Services North America and is an active member of American Express’ Hispanic Colleague Engagement Network, HOLA.
Dominique holds a Master of Business Administration from New York University Stern School of Business, and a Bachelor of Arts from Boston College. She currently resides in Los Angeles with her husband and two children.
Melissa Contreras is an Analyst on the U.S. Campus Recruitment team at American Express. She began her career in Higher Education, supporting students through graduate business programs at Columbia University and the University of Rochester. Prior to joining American Express, she recruited top campus talent for Ernst & Young. Melissa holds a Bachelor’s degree from Hofstra University and a Master’s degree from Teachers College, Columbia University. Outside of work, Melissa enjoys spending time on her Peloton bike and outdoor activities with her family.
