Maria Paniccioli is a Career Coach on the Flatiron School Career Services team, where for over two years she has had a front row seat to more than 50+ job searches, serving as a strategic guide and success partner to Flatiron School software engineering, data science, and UX/UI design bootcamp graduates launching new careers in tech. In this role Maria commonly works with students to overcome imposter syndrome, to identify and market their skills and strengths with confidence, and to develop an effective job search strategy, no matter what their background - or potential employment gaps may be. In addition to her work at Flatiron School, Maria also specializes in leadership coaching, and her background has spanned companies like Lehman Brothers, Accenture and WeWork, and roles in management consulting, leadership development, and holistic wellness.
