Keturah Henry-Freeman

Principal | Transaction, Execution, Accounting, Reporting & Integration

Keturah joined Deloitte UK in 2011 as Manager, eventually rising to Principal in the NY office. Previously, Keturah was Head of Tax and Financial Accounting at Thorntons, Financial Accountant at Stanely Black & Decker, and Associate at PwC.

Jessica Perez

Partner | Deloitte Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures

Jessica began her career with Deloitte in 2004 as Audit Manager, eventually rising to Partner in 2017.

Linda Lee

Partner | Deloitte Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures

Linda has worked at Deloitte Advisory for 15 years. As a lead client service partner driving global account relationships and growth, Linda is primarily focused on M&A buy-side and divestiture transactions for private equity and corporate clients.

Ashley Cortez

Principal, Tax

Ashley is a tax principal in Deloitte's M&A Transaction Services group. She has over twelve years of experience as a dedicated M&A specialist, serving both private equity investors and corporate acquirers.

She has experience in the technology, media and entertainment, and consumer and industrial products industries. Ashley has transaction experience related to multi-jurisdiction tax due diligence, tax structuring, and closing aspects of transactions, including the coordination of cross-border transactions. She is also a licensed attorney in Montana and is a member of the Montana Bar Association and the American Bar Association.

Ashley has participated in many of the firm’s inclusion and well-being programs and has led inclusion programs for tax seniors. She is heavily involved in recruiting and developing team members.

Nikki Beck

Principal | Deloitte Mergers, Acquisitions & Divestitures

Nikki Beck is a Principal in Deloitte’s Mergers & Acquisitions practice and focuses her efforts on serving clients in the Life Sciences and Health Care sector.

Nikki supports global, market-leading clients in the Life Sciences sector as they look to transform their businesses through mergers, acquisitions, and divestitures. She partners with her clients to build the right team, tools, and structure needed to support the realization of the transaction’s objectives. She works across the lifecycle including pre- and post-deal M&A integration planning, synergy identification and tracking, program / project management oversight, Day 1 and Command Center set up, legal entity review and transition, and organizational design and change management. Nikki has worked extensively cross-border and brings a deep network of experts across Europe and the Asia / Pacific regions
