Neeraj Bhatia

Regional Vice President

Having spent 27 years in technology sales, partner & alliance development, and translating business strategy into people & organizational capability, Neeraj has gained valuable insights to enable similar rediscovery and change at scale. Neeraj joined Elastic as Regional Vice President in November of 2021.

Ramesh Aithal

India Site Lead

Prior to joining Elastic as India Site Lead in October of 2021, Ramesh spent six years as Center Head & Head of Engineering, India, for Zenefits. Before that, Ramesh was Vice President, Head of Market & Model Risk Technology, APAC & India at Goldman Sachs for 11 years.

Jasprit Panaich

SRE Manager

Jasprit brings ten years of experience within IT, Service Delivery, SRE, and Network Operations Centres at Betfair, Riot Games, and Elastic. As Manager of SRE at Elastic, Jasprit holds responsibility for major internal stakeholders within the organization to lead and deliver best in service reliability to the Elastic Cloud Platform and their customers.

Jasprit also trains and mentors team members with transformative results by creating personalized development plans for each individual. In addition, Jasprit served as an on-call Incident Commander for the past eight years.

Savitha Nayak

Director, HR Business Partner, APJ

I am an innovative and impactful Senior HR professional with a successful track record of over 20 years in building and developing top-performing teams across the Asia Pacific, Middle East, and USAI am known for turning visions into reality, identifying opportunities in people and business, influencing, and driving change in fast-growing environments. I design HR solutions for organizations to get ahead of the competition for talent, with a highly engaged workforce and with exceptional growth and performance. I have helped numerous organizations grow with breakthrough interventions that brought transformation and ROI. As an Executive Coach, I have coached several top Executives and leaders across the world to achieve their career best. As a People Manager, I use the coach approach to ensure that teams and individuals achieve their potential to the fullest. I have an engineering degree, worked on the technology side for a few years, then discovered my passion for people and organization development and completely switched over to HR. Prior to working with Elastic, I have worked with Red Hat, KPMG, Oracle and have also successfully run my own HR consulting firm for over 5 years.
