Meet The Speakers
A long-time venture capitalist, Seth Levine works with venture funds and companies around the globe as a partner at Foundry Group in Boulder, CO. The intersection of community and business being a driving force for Seth, he co-founded Pledge 1%, is on the board of StartupColorado, is a Trustee of Macalester College, and co-authored The New Builders: Face to Face with the TRUE Future of Business. Seth is a passionate cyclist, above-average skier, and lives in Colorado with his wife and their three children.
Katharine was named one of Fast Company’s Most Creative People in Business after launching PowerToFly, the platform fast-tracking economic equality through upskilling and connecting underrepresented talent to roles in high-visibility sectors.
Before Co-Founding PowerToFly, Katharine worked in media, where she started her career as the sixth employee of the Huffington Post.
She also worked at The Washington Post as an Executive Producer and Head of Digital News Products and was the Founding Managing Editor of NowThis.
