Alejandra Hernandez is on a mission to see more women in leadership. From HR roles in small businesses to corporate career coach to entrepreneur, if there’s anything she knows best, it’s the art of finding work you love and pivoting in your career.
As a Latina and first-generation American + college grad, her life experience is a living example of “building the plane as you fly.” Her work is to help other women build their plane faster and stronger so they can fly high as quickly as possible.
She uses her expertise in overcoming paralyzing fears, building confidence, and embodying life-changing habits to guide women into positions of leadership.
