Meet The Speaker
Cierra received her Masters in Human Resources and has worked various roles in HR for some of the biggest brands in the world. Her successful career in HR did not preclude her from racist, sexist, and unfair treatment in the workplace. However, her career in HR did position her to create better outcomes for herself. Now, she hopes to educate others on their rights and possibilities in the workplace.
