As US Digital Customer Offering Leader at Deloitte Digital, Dounia helps companies apply human experience insights to architect sales, service, and marketing solutions. She leads talented, multi-functional teams to design, build, and operate platforms that deliver personalized experiences, earn loyalty, and realize financial outcomes for businesses across sectors.

Dounia's team creates tailored industry products and solutions with Deloitte Digital alliances, including Salesforce, Oracle CX, Amazon Connect, ServiceNow, Zuora, NetSuite, and Anaplan among others. They are widely known for their sense of purpose, partnership, and positivity.

Before joining Deloitte, Dounia worked in the financial services industry. Her experience as a client of large consultancies has given her a unique perspective on how to overcome client issues and organizational dynamics to reach successful outcomes and maximize ROI.

Always ready for a new challenge, Dounia loves training and running ultramarathons, - but most of all spending time with her son John - especially on the ice!
