Robbyn is Brand Marketing Manager, Inclusive Marketing @ Meta, ensuring that representation is at the forefront of the Metaverse. Robbyn joined the team in 2019. Prior to that, she enjoyed career stops at Carat USA, Identity Worldwide, GlobalHue, and GM Planworks.

Interaction Designer at Reality Labs from Meta

Immersed in tech for 10+ years, Charlene has worked with technologies such as the Kinect motion controller, and the world's first holographic computer headset, the Microsoft HoloLens. She crafted vision and prototypes for the Microsoft Surface Hub 2 and Surface Duo. Now she works with researchers at Meta Reality Labs creating the far future of AR and VR.

Charlene is experience-led, focused on new interaction methods through hardware and software prototyping.

Coming from a Games background, Charlene knows that fun sparks innovation, so it's important to her to create a fun and easy-going atmosphere for the projects she leads.

Brandon is a Product Manager, Management Consultant, Design Thinker, Business Designer, and Strategist. He has significant experience in Strategy Design, Product Management & Growth, Design Thinking/human-centered design, Agile & Digital Transformation, Organizational Change Management, Lean Portfolio Management, Product Development & Flow, and Project Management.

Brandon joined the Meta team working on Oculus VR in 2020.

Product Design Manager Reality Labs from Meta

Jahmeilah is a dedicated UX designer and strategist with 8+ years of hands-on industry experience. She considers design an act of storytelling that requires a holistic approach, and thoughtful consideration at each phase of development. Her strengths encompass establishing strategically aligned goals, designing seamless, human-centered experiences across complex ecosystems, and working with a sense of urgency and adaptability to accommodate a fast-paced and/or complex organization. Along with her design skills, she prides herself in building trusting relationships with teammates and possessing the self-awareness to seek feedback in order to improve.

Beyond design, Jahmeilah has a true passion for mentorship and diversity, and seeks out opportunities to invest in people both personally and professionally.
