Meet & Greet with Expedia Group Seattle

Megan, part of the Expedia team for over nine years, is a content strategist/designer with a deep commitment to user experience and the customer journey. She uses content strategy to deliver the right content at the right time, evangelize a brand, market new products, and plan iterative A/B testing to find the sweet spot between customer delight and business need.

Megan has mastered several content management systems and has excellent project management and collaboration skills.

She also has 10+ years of experience programming music on the community radio station KBCS.

Wanli is experienced in data analytics and business strategy with 16 years of experience in eCommerce and financial services. She is passionate about building and leading high-performing analytics teams across the globe, creating pragmatic approaches to solving complex business problems using big data and technology. Wanli is skilled in driving P&L growth, delivering product marketplace innovation, and achieving business expansion and customer satisfaction with the power of data and insights.

Having worked across three amazing industries for top-tier firms in banking, telecommunications, and travel, Wanli's career path has provided her with a diverse perspective and the ability to frame business questions and identify solutions from data.

Wanli currently leads Expedia Group's Transportation Product Analytics team supporting Flight, Car, Ground Transportation, and Cruise. She helps travelers create memorable trips and experiences through a suite of travel products.

Nicole is a Director of Software Engineering at Expedia with over nine years of experience delivering robust and scalable technical solutions to millions of travellers across the globe. During her last five years with the lodging shopping team, she drove multiple large-scale technical migrations and re-vamped the approach to foundational tech improvements. Nicole is a passionate leader who drives for clarity, engineering excellence, and customer outcomes. In addition, she is an avid mentor and enjoys working with people from all disciplines. Nicole is a huge sports fan, which stems from her days at the University of Michigan and growing up in Chicago. Besides sports, she also enjoys gaming and skiing in her free time.

Kevin is a Seattleite. He grew up in Kirkland and attended the University of Washington for his undergraduate. Kevin began his career in Accounting before transitioning to Treasury.

In his current role, Kevin oversees Expedia Group’s cash management, liquidity, and investment functions. As he recently became a father, he enjoys spending time and going on walks with his family in his spare time. Kevin also has several pets including two dogs, thirteen parakeets, and a few cichlids.

Xavier Blerot is Director of Finance for Expedia’s Travel & Partner Services Operations. In this role, Xavier and his team assists the organization deliver the best service and experiences in Travel, focusing particularly on the organization’s Retail Brands and brings functional excellence and finance expertise across three areas: operations, shared capabilities and product and technology. Prior to this, Xavier had a similar lead FP&A role for the Marketplace & Product Lines Finance where he supported the growth of Expedia’s InsurTech division. Before supporting central functions, Xavier started his career at Expedia Group in 2013 in Sydney within Expedia’s Corporate Travel arm, Egencia in various Finance roles in Asia Pacific and North America. Xavier has a background as a Chartered Accountant specializing in M&A due-diligence and valuation services in both Australia and his native France. Xavier is based in Seattle where he relocated with his family from Sydney in 2017.
