It looks like you got started in a place and time where tech was blooming. How do you see anyone who is midway through their life gaining exposure to play catch-up to you when perhaps some women in this room may trail the pack in that marathon? It also takes a certain mins to have the ability to adapt to such technology. How do you reinforce that in others who have a growth mindset but maybe not that way of learning these deep subjects?
