I am a 40 year old male working in the programming environment since 2007 in various sectors. From education, private sector and recently in a clinical research organization. Also situated in South Africa, working from home. I have researched a lot of the positions at Riot and it is a bit overwhelming to see so many aspects of gaming one can go into and hopefully expand/become the expert in. Although, nothing of my past work history or experience, even qualifications falls in any of the categories to at least apply for a position at Riot, not even to mention that I also don't live in the United States of America. I had to give a bit of background, but my question is: Is it too late for someone my age and demographic to get into gaming, and if not, where do I begin? I think this is the most overwhelming decision is where to start. Thank you for your time.
