After negotiation should everything that was discussed be documented in your employee contract or a written proposal by the company or should you have a written copy of your own to have as proof? How can I know what reasonable negotiation pay to present during the discussion? If the job were to not accept the offer of my negotiation should I proceed to accept, come back to it later after my probation period, or negotiate a different approach?
