How do you navigate communicating your experience? I feel as a woman that my existing experience is constantly being overlooked or my work overly scrutinized. While feedback is important, I find it hard to balance showcasing my experience and ideas based off what I learned. It seems to be taken instead as I'm not willing to learn or stubborn. When in reality I just want to communicate that I feel this is the best direction based of what my experience has taught me.
