I do not have any specific questions before seeing this speaker's presentation. The only comment I have regarding conducting a job search with a values-driven approach is that is a concept I have not been able to practice for survival reasons. I was diagnosed with breast cancer at age 36, which meant that the next 5 years of my life after finishing my treatments meant that my biggest focus was on finding a job with decent health insurance coverage because of required ongoing scans and testing to make sure the cancer had not returned. I want to learn how to conduct a job / career search for a position that IS aligned with my values, but it is a new concept to me, practically speaking.
