I am pivoting my career from Salesforce administrator to Frontend developer and have been going through multiple interviews. The recurring issue I am facing is that in front of the interviewer, I get confused and blabber the answer without any structure. Due to that, I have to rephrase my answers again and I lose confidence. What should I do to overcome this problem and how can I sell my skills better?
