I am in the process of transitioning from the military, I have over 30 years of service, an MBA in Global Business Management, non profit experience, and experience in the emergency services world. I feel like employers are pushing me towards accepting an entry level job when I have more education and experience that most applicants. Is there a mindset that employers have that influences this?
