For 70 years now, the focus has been on girls and women inequalities (rightfully). But now, do you think the DE&I laws and policies are fair to men (color, race, ethnicity) to tackle their struggles in the workplace. How are corporates supporting men with the same level of priority and focus (as they support women) to reduce the glass ceiling men face going up the management ladder (the theory of gamma biases)? What are corporates doing to eliminate biases female managers have against men (research by Dr Tania Reynolds) and male managers against women.
