I have a scenario: I was a recruiter at my last company, and worked in a particular territory. I organized their largest annual career fair one year. A few months later, my director's position was elimiated, and the company went through a restructering. All the rescruiters in our department were moved territories closest to the region we lived in. The liason took over my clients giving the reason to upper management that she was used that territory evn though it wasn't true. Nevertheless, she took over my territory, and it didn't feel right. I'd like to speak up for myself if this should ever come up again. What are your suggestions for navigating difficult conversations like this with my peers, and executive management?
