Hello Ladies! I'm thrilled for the chance to learn/network with you about navigating my way into a SaaS tech sales role as my next step. Due to the "hunger-games" talent acquisition market that has unfortunately impacted my career since 2020. I've had significant success; however, my tenure at the organizations has been impacted 3xs by RIFs. So I've been forced to search for work again, finding that I need to pivot away from user experience/product/service design recruiting at the moment. I have an accomplished history b2b tech sales experience (managed services/cloud/telecom solutions) not SaaS. I am seeking guidance to parlay all of my exp/skillsets into this tech sales niche. Specifically looking for a remote position w/ some travel (if needed). Especially desire to report into a dynamic, empathetic female/diverse leadership -- collaborating with like-minded humans is what I have found in the recruiting space to be so inspiring / rewarding for me. A healthy, human-centric work Culture/Communication/Transparency are paramount to me. Thanks in advance, Monica
