Thank you for bringing this subject up! I am 52 and have been witnessing the fact of ageism slap me constantly on my face. I am thick skinned though, but its truly a tough nut to sift through your own clutter to seem fit for any role. Should one really cut down on ones experience and seem naive, play yourself down, to be effectively considered? Considering you never even get feedback from hiring managers honestly telling you: you are over qualified, even, what should one assume? Will look forward to hearing your take on this tomorrow.
