Helen Sanchez has amassed over thirty plus years of experience in recruiting and is a proud member of The Phi Beta Kappa Society, with a background in Women and Gender Studies, as well as African American Studies. Additionally, she is a Certified Coach Graduate of the Institute for Professional Excellence in Coaching (iPEC).
Motivated by her own workplace experiences, Helen specializes in working with women over 40, aiming to equip them with the necessary tools to navigate challenges in the workplace. Recognized for her advocacy, she was honored with the Alice Paul Award for Activism and is a distinguished member of the Honor Society in Women & Gender Studies.
When she's not assisting candidates or developing job search resources, Helen enjoys spending time with her children, grandchildren, and furry children, also making time to indulge in her love for reading and photography.
