I took some bold steps, mentored a contractor who was hired as FTE. I coached her, helped with her resume, pre-interview pep talks etc. After she was hired, she was interviewed in a podcast by a VP, called me out for making THE difference in her getting hired. The following month, she travelled with corporate attorneys to DC when they argued a DACA suit to the Supreme Court. I haven't been able to get my leadership to even watch the video or at least acknowledge. Is my boldness is unnoticed or unappreciated?
