A lot of our usual coping mechanisms are gone: in-person friendships, meet-ups, therapy, go-to places, travel, etc. There are digital versions, of course, which are great, but can you help us find coping mechanisms that don't have to do with screens? I don't have a partner or a pet or a yard, so a lot of self-care advice out there is hard to apply without a screen of some kind.
