My two main struggles are cultural/language barriers and working with a man who often goes after my report in meetings and repeats nearly everything I said in my report. So two questions: (1) How can you forge strong relationships with people whose primary language isn't English and (2) How would you confront a man on your team that doesn't seem to pay attention to your reports and then repeats them right after your presentation?
