Any advise to overcome the systemic challenges mainly women have returning to the workforce when the hiring mindset hasn't changed in decades (i.e. want candidates currently working or no more than 3-6 months out of work) even though more women in the workforce? P.s. Sure, there will be more empathy towards people who have a gap due to cv19 however, it will probably disappear by 2022 just like after the global financial crisis when hiring went back to the above parameters and leaves people long term unemployed.
