I’m part of an organization that keeps trying to go back to doing things “the way they’ve always been done” because it’s familiar. When I try to tell them why we need to change a system or project I get told “well me and this person did it by ourself 6 years ago, why can’t you do —— now?” It’s almost like the don’t want to recognize that the company has grown significantly and we can do things way better by utilizing the technology we have now. I find myself getting defeated constantly having to reiterate myself and advocate for our current customers. Are there any suggestions or tips on how to stay in the conversations
