I have taken 4 years off to raise my two girls who are now almost 4 and 2. They have started preschool and I am finally getting my head above water and ready to enter into the workforce. However, I lack confidence in taking off so much time and worry that an employer will not find me a desirable candidate. That I am not dedicated or loyal because of taking the time off and also will be more focused on raising my children than working if they did give me the job. Help me overcome this outdated, misogynistic view that mothers do not make good employers.
