I live outside of The United States where WOC are rarely seen in positions of power. I was able to find a community of WOC where I live and can certainly attest that community has been pivotal to my success. The community has been considering working more with purpose but we are unsure of how to get started. What methods/strategies/tools would you recommend to access/evaluate what your community actually needs to ensure you work with purpose in mind.
