With 2020's shift to working from home, I find myself working longer hours and through lunch sometimes, to keep up with work. Now that I no longer commute to work, I tend to use that time to keep working. While I have set up blocks in my schedule to take breaks, I rarely stick to them because I get anxiety over leaving my inbox throughout the day. It seems like the minute I take my eyes off the inbox, I get a flurry of work. What strategies do you recommend to keep yourself from burning out this way?
