I have never just worked within the parameters of my job title, but when it comes to job applications that have job title as a required field, how do you get them to keep reading instead of saying, this person's experience is all in a different role, when actually I have experience in that type of work but it's not reflected in my title. For example, I have managed many projects, but my titles were something, or I did some GUI work, but my title was trainer, etc.
