How candidates can get to that next step position that will challenge them and show their senior potentials if their previous experiences do not show that? Does it good idea to stay working for a company that does not share any of your values and your future with it is a dead end or keep changing jobs until get the right fit one day knowing that you have to make living and you can not hold tight until that dream job or company with the right culture comes your way? I will really appreciate your feedback. Thank you.
