Given reported findings & disparities, companies have increased their recruitment & retention of diverse candidates to support their diversity & inclusion (D&I) goals. What are recommended strategies for diverse candidates to increase their visibility & consideration for senior leadership opportunities in support of such D&I initiatives? Ex. direct interface w/ D&I Staff, ERGs, C-Suite; resume/profile content, etc.
