I'm someone that feels best, more in the middle of this. I don't quite enjoy the high level managerial overview, but dearly love working with individuals and a high level of engagement. I excel as an individual contributor when I master that job role it pertains to, but then I quickly get bored and need a new challenge. How is best to shift more towards a managerial role, or not get bored as an individual contributor?
