Many technical projects require some comitment from various teams across the business at the early stage for successful delivery and implementation of the project. Do you have any tips how to get that commitment early on before we have any outcome/results to share (e.g. get teams to commit resource for implementation and testing a personalisation algorithm before we know how how good the algorithm is)?
