How do I manage my colleagues at work who hated me for my anti-corruption stands, thereby making me lonely in a crowded office. Basically, I lead a team of field investigators, law enforcement officers and data analyst to prevent, uncover, investigate and address fraudulent activities related to company’s products, sales, processes and customers. Enforcing a zero tolerance policy regarding corruption, operational breaches and anti-fraud regulations have resulted in blocking leakages within the business hubs with offenders prosecuted. while these measures had brought huge revenue collections to the company, I am being hated by colleagues for my actions and non-compromise. The company's Management recognizes my performances but there is no promotion for me, benefits or salary increment since 2017 that I joined the organization. This is another area I am being laughed at, and most times, I feel so depressed.
