Tracy Giddy (She/Her)
A recruiter for 19 years, Tracy Giddy joined Pitney Bowes in 2019. During her tenure with Pitney Bowes, she has worked with job candidates in many areas, including Operations, IT, Engineering, Finance and Executive roles. In her free time she can generally be found working out and at the gym.
Sheri McCoy (She/Her)
Sheri McCoy is a Senior Talent Partner at Pitney Bowes, recruiting sales and support professionals. She has 10+ years of HR experience and loves connecting top talent with their ideal careers. Sheri has an MBA from Eastern Washington University and a Psychology degree from Gonzaga University. She is also a certified recruiter, SHRM-CP, and member of Beta Gamma Sigma. Outside of work, Sheri is a mother, wife, baker, and outdoor enthusiast. She is also the Secretary of the Board for Partners with Families & Children, a non-profit that prevents and repairs family abuse and neglect. Sheri believes in value-driven sales, demonstrating product and company value propositions, as well as positive behavioral values, to build trust and strong relationships. She is proud to say she sees this throughout Pitney Bowes.
Ana De Perez (She/Her)
Solving real shipping issues and providing the right tools and partnership is Ana Perez's mission. For over a decade she has been helping ecommerce shippers with better tools, data insights, and optimizing their shipping making it a better experience for their customers. "I take pride in knowing that I am helping make a difference in providing value and truly care about clients' companies success," she says.
Ana joined Pitney Bowes in January 2023, and previously worked as an e-commerce consultant for a technology company.

Rachel Serwetz' early professional experience was at Goldman Sachs in Operations and at Bridgewater Associates in HR. From there, she was trained as a coach at NYU and became a certified coach through the International Coach Federation. After this, she worked in HR Research at Aon Hewitt and attained her Technology MBA at NYU Stern. Throughout her career, she has helped hundreds of professionals with career exploration and for the past 6 years she has been building her company, WOKEN, which is an online career exploration platform to coach professionals through the process of clarifying their ideal job and career path. She has also served as an Adjunct Professor of Entrepreneurship at Binghamton University and as a Career Coach through the Flatiron School/WeWork, Columbia University, and Project Activate. Amy Beaver is the Senior Director of New Business Development at PowerToFly. Here she heads up a growth and new logo acquisition team of account executives aimed to serve companies looking for tools to put diversity, equity, inclusion, and belonging at the forefront of their candidate and employee experiences. Amy completed her MBA at West Chester University. Through her professional career, Amy has led sales teams in the digital marketing, business intelligence, and DEIB solutions spaces with a focus on SaaS platforms.
Amy balances her professional pursuits with an active family life. She and her wife, Christine, are celebrating 9 years of marriage. They have a wonderful son, Greyson, who is 8 years old. Amy, who would be a self-described work-aholic if not for her family, has found strategies to be fully present both at home and at work.
As a small side project, Amy and Christine share a small baking business, called The Baking Beavers. Their son has appointed himself the official taste tester, so it is a true family business!

Part of the New Business Sales team at PowerToFly, Lex works with companies that care to attract, hire, and retain underrepresented talent while harnessing intersectionality. Before joining PowerToFly, Lex worked within the eCommerce industry and started their DEIB journey at birth but has 13 years of DEIB-related work under their belt.Lex was diagnosed with Osteogenesis imperfecta (OI) at birth through a genetic mutation. OI is a genetic or heritable disease in which bones fracture (break) easily, often with no apparent cause or minimal injury. As a disabled queer living in the southern states of the United States, Lex is fully aware of the lack of opportunities for their communities to thrive, so they advocate for remote work and its benefits.Lex lives with their partner of almost eight years with their two dogs and two cats and has various specialist interests ranging from quantum theory to Taylor Swift's Era Tour Surprises.
