Our Operations team is looking for a new Student Advisor (sick leave replacement) to provide excellent support to our French speaking customers through outbound calls.
This job necessitates patience, attentiveness, time management, and the ability to work independently. A successful candidate will thrive in a friendly but hard-working environment and is eager to build strong relationships with their customers, work in and learn from an international team, and make an impact in an innovative education company.

Key responsibilities
- Motivating and guiding our students through our online school and our testing systems.
- Advising our learners on how to achieve personal and company learning targets via phone, e-mail and live chats.
- Presenting the different school features and options to provide a customized service.
- Overcoming students’ objections, anticipating their needs by giving personal solutions to manage time and progress.
- Offering calls and following up services mainly in French (C1/C2).
- Providing technical solutions to ensure all our students have the best learning experience using EF products.
- Reporting to the market Supervisor.
