Optum Care HouseCalls division is seeking a Outreach Campaign Specialist with excellent analysis and communications skills along with healthcare experience. You will be performing requirements gathering for HouseCalls Business functions as well as leading the implementation of enhancements to these areas. You will also be responsible for analyzing and reviewing data for Business Operations planning. Finally, you will be expected to interpret and analyze large amounts of data from multiple sources and use it to tell a meaningful story. All of these activities help to improve the quality of care and increase members’ satisfaction.
If you are able to work CST standard, you will have the flexibility to work remotely* as you take on some tough challenges.
Primary Responsibilities:
- Work closely with Business teams on HouseCalls business initiatives including gathering business requirements from stakeholders and leading implementation of the initiatives
- Create documentation to support implementation of Business Operations initiatives
- Oversee monitoring and controls activities for assigned areas of responsibility to ensure deadlines are met in accordance with business work plans
- Track and report on Business Operations execution and monitoring action plan commitments and progress for assigned areas of responsibility
- Diagnose process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
- Ability to create and develop solid working partnerships within the organization

Required Qualifications:
- 3+ years of experience related to business analysis, healthcare operations, process improvement, or project management
- 3+ years of experience working directly with large, complex, high volume data sets & data systems and translating to a meaningful, visual output
- Healthcare industry experience
- Medicare business experience
- Experience with defining and implementing enhancements to Business processes
- Experience with project management/coordination of Business Operations projects
- Demonstrated ability to work collaboratively across a large, highly regulated environment
- Ability to work standard business hours in CST time zone
Preferred Qualifications:
- Demonstrated analytical thinking and problem solving utilizing multiple sources of input
- Demonstrated analytical skills and ability to translate detailed plans and findings for executive audiences
