Execute recruitment strategies to attract/hire the best talent, and fuel the growth of our business.
Work closely with senior leadership and People Partners on hiring plans, and proactively build/maintain talent pools.
Partner with hiring managers and functional heads, providing high quality, usable insights to understand job requirements, create job descriptions, and define candidate profiles to address their talent needs.
Full-cycle recruitment for specific functional areas and across all job levels.
Hands-on execution of the end-to-end recruitment process, including sourcing, selection, interviews, candidate management, and offer management.
Continuously improve our employer brand and awareness of foodpanda across the market.
Maintain good relationships with global/internal stakeholders and external vendors.
Proactively develop contacts and networks, stay updated with market intelligence, industry practices, and other relevant opportunities.
Contribute to projects, programs, and initiatives towards improving the broader Talent Acquisition and People functions.
Qualifications
- Bachelor's degree in any discipline
- Approximately 3 to 6 years of in-house recruitment or onsite RPO experience.
- Background in fast-paced, entrepreneurial, startup/tech environments preferred.
- Well versed with Linkedin Recruiter and other talent sourcing tools
- Track record of high-volume recruitment across multiple functional areas.
- Maturity, strong relationship and consultative skills, with ability to influence, inform, and negotiate effectively.
- Fluency in English (our corporate language) and great communication skills.
